Glade Expressions® Collection

Glade Expressions® Collection

I have to start out by saying that being a Bzz Agent has been one of the funnest things I have ever gotten to do. I get so many new and neat things to try out and review threw the site, if your looking to become a product reviewer, Bzz Agent is a good place to start.

I was sent several coupons ( and I LOOOOOOVE my coupons) to try out the Glade Expressions Collection. I'm not normally someone who likes to change the smell of my house up, I normally only change scents with the seasons. I am not a fan normally of any food type smelling sprays- they just make me want to eat all the time or make my head hurt. But with some shock and awe I found these collections to be quite awesome.

At no point was my head killing my due to over bearing scents and smells, I tend to not mix smells/scents because of this ( as in making each room smell different) effect. I tried out 2 of the 4 collections using just one collection at a time.
The first one I used was called, Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice.
Here is what the web site says about the collection:

" Fuji Apple & Cardamom Spice:
Enliven your senses with a spicy concoction of sweet pears, crisp apples and a dash of cinnamon and clove. Transform your home with fragrance"

I am a fan of this collection. There is just enough sweet and spice mix to help my 4000+ sq foot home have a welcoming smell to it. It's what I would think a 'warm loving' home should smell like. Or at least it tends to give you that feeling.

The second collection I tried out is called, Lavender & Juniper Berry.
Here is what the web site has to say about this collection:

"Lavender & Juniper Berry:
Relax your senses with the fresh fragrance of lush lavender and juniper berry, eucalyptus and rose. This fragrance will lift your spirits and create a tranquil oasis in every home."

I personally tend to think that lavender smells like soap, why I don't know but to me it just does. I did find this collection to be relaxing though. I tended to use it more in the bedrooms and bathrooms then I did in places like my dining room or living room. I would and I will be buying these collections again to use in my house and I would buy these collections to put into gift baskets as a house warming gift for someone. I have always been a fan of Glade brand products this time they seemed to of worked their magic again and came up with a winning collection!

And because I like to be totally honest with my readers, I did recieve these products for free to honestly review (either good or bad) through Bzz Agent.
Hope this review helped you in some way!

Egyptian Geranium Facial Scrub by Pangea Organics

Egyptian Geranium Facial Scrub by Pangea Organics

I was so excited when I found this in my mail box! I love trying new things out.  I am able to try this sample out thanks to Swaggable. I was a little dispointed in the size that I got ( just a small sample size) It's hard for me to review something on such a small amount that is supposed to be used on a daily baises. But here is what I think about it:

Being that I am a mother of 3 kids, 30 years old and my skin is starting to take "that turn" UGH I at this point honestly am just about willing to try anything! HAHAH!

The smell of this face wash was nice, not to over powering and not so little that it just smelt like mud. I normally have a 3-4 step process that I do every night ( or try to do every night) with Olay face wash.

I like the feel of this scub, it wasn't to much for my skin, I have very sentive skin and a lot of times things make it worse more so then ever making it  better. This face wash didnt dry my skin out or make it patchy looking. After reading it and following what it said to do, it left my face feeling smooth, clean, and soft. I didnt have super tight feeling skin after, which for me is a big plus.

I learned a while ago that tight skin feeling on your face is a bad thing- it means all the good 'suff' for your skin has been stripped out along with all the bad. It can then make your face over-produce oils and such in order to try to rebalance it's self back out. If your anything like me, your skin will then break out like your in High School all over again! Not something that I as a 30 year old want to go though! Over all this facial scrub did just as it promised, it scrubbed all the days gunk and ick away, all the while leaving my face smooth, soft, and clean feeling.

If this was a face scrub that if could find in a 'regular' store ( target, walmart etc... ) I would consider buying it for not just me but also for my 11 year old.

I do feel like if you used this for daily use or even a once/ twice a week extra scrub that it would help and maybe even work wonders on your skin depending on how 'bad' your skin is to start with.

Here is the info that I recived along with the sample:
Fresh face. This dual-action scrub polishes the skin's surface without disrupting its delicate balance. Never harsh, drying or stripping, this Scrub is gentle enough for daily use. Enzymatic exfoliants work to dissolve expired skin cells while mechanical exfoliants gently free them up to be rinsed away. Raw, ground-up adzuki bean has been used in skin preparations for centuries in Japan. It provides gentle, manual exfoliation while its astringent properties help clarify and tighten pores. Both cranberry seed and geranium oil offer skin-brightening attributes, which assist with reducing hyper-pigmentation (dark spots due to sun exposure and past acne breakouts). The ingredients in this Scrub nourish the skin with antioxidants that scavenge free-radicals and optimize cellular function, resulting in more radiant skin and increased cell turnover.
