Yorkie Splash & Shine
{A Review}
We are pet lovers here in our house, I was gifted an Yorkie mix puppy after my older beloved Yorkie mix was hit and killed by a car when I was 36 weeks along with our youngest son Max. I was beyond heart broken at the loss of her but Bella was a new puddle of joy to focus on.
And I fell in love instantly and our love is still going strong.....
But... there is one thing about having a dog with long hair.. it's a pain to keep clean and up. It get dirty and tangled allllll the time and since she is spending a lot of time outside since it's so nice out this summer it's even harder to keep nice.
But I was lucky enough to be able to try out this great product called Yorkie Splash and Shine. They sent me shampoo, conditioner, and detangling spray. The ingredients are all natural from what I can tell.
The Shampoo had a very pleasant smell to it, kind of like my all natural shampoo that I use from a local store.
Some information from their site on the Shampoo:

{We mix our shampoo by hand, five gallons at a time. So, there may be slight variances in color and scent}
This did get all the dirt and grime off of her {she is a bit of a pig pen!}I used warm water to rise her, there was no need to shampoo her more then once. It even got all the grime off of her skin not just her hair, which I really like. After her shampoo her coat did have a slight waxy feeling to it, but according to the web site, that is normal. And the waxy feeling went away once her coat was dry.
Then after that I used the conditioner on her- because there is no way to brush her hair with out using some sort of conditioner on her. She just has to much hair.
When I opened the bottle of conditioner I was hit with a wave of what smelled just like fruit punch to me! It almost made me laugh!
Here is some information on the conditioner:

They also sent detangling spray which I am completely in love with! It made getting through her coat so much more pain less! And we all want our pets to be in a little pain as possible. She loves laying on my lap and getting brushed.... as long as there isn't any knots you have to work though! So the detangling spray made my job of getting her brushed out a lot easier. It too smells like fruit punch to me! Maybe it's just my nose....

I like that she is still a lot easier to brush out even several days later, which using the detangler has helped with.
The smell lasts for more then just a day or two also, which I really enjoy. She doesn't just smell like dirt and the other dogs now when she comes inside to cuddle!
