Suddenly Salad {A Review}

Suddenly Salad

{A Review}

I'm normally not one for grain type salads, but I was excited to try these out. I got to try them out through Platefull CoOp. They sent  me full size boxes of three different types:
Harvest grains, Southwest grains, and Tuscan grains.

The first I tried was the harvest grains, it was really good! It's made with brown wild and red rice, quinoa, along with cranberries and almonds with a sweet blush vinaigrette. It was really simple to make boil the Unopened bag of grains in water drain and let it cool a little. Mix in the nuts, berries, and vinaigrette and poof your done! It was a great meal on it's own and made enough that I was able to serve some as a side later with a meal.
 Even my pickiest eater, who honestly isn't all that picky, love it.

 I think this is a great meal or addition to any meal.  This would be great to also take to things like pot lucks and such.  I host play dates a lot at my house and I plan on making this for lunch next time.
 I haven't gotten a chance to try the others out yet, but I can't wait if they are half as good as the Harvest grains was!
