"UGH it can't possibly be morning already!" is what I normally tell my self when the alarm goes off at 530 am and then from there it's "Get up! Get up! Get up!!!!" as I pull covers off of kids heads, turn on lights, and turn off heaters......  then it's "Hurry up, hurry up, hurry up!!!!" for about 20 mins. We need to get out of the house by 7 am so that my entire day doesn't end up 'late'  and somewhere in the middle of that is....
 Breakfast
 Does this sound like your house and your mornings yet? Mornings can get stressful and in the middle of that you are trying your darn-est to make sure that you are feeding your kiddos a healthy meal and that they are ACTUALLY eating it.

The other day I got a nice big box delivered to me and it was like breakfast Christmas opening it up here is what was inside:
  • 1 pouch Nature Valley® Protein Granola
  • 1 box Nature Valley® Granola Bars
  • 1 box Honey Nut Cheerios® Medley Crunch™ cereal
  • 1 box Trix® cereal
  • 1 package Quaker® Oats
  • 1 jar Jif® peanut butter
  • 1 package Nutella® mini cups
  • 1 pouch Grandma Hoerner’s® Big Slice™ apples snack
  Provided by General Mills through Platefull Co-Op we were sent all this yumminess to try out. And we had a great time trying it out! Mornings are always going to be a little rushed in our house, but they don't always have to be boring and blah. And this gave up the jump start that we needed to get out of our rut!
 
Here are a couple of the things that we did:
  • So we used some of the granola like cereal and ate it with milk
  • we toasted 12 grain bread and put peanut butter and Nutella on them.
  • We had oatmeal with Grandma Hoerner's big slice apples in them { OH MY GOSH SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!}

 I did make this Oatmeal smoothie though*

You see I am a texture girl which means I'm not the biggest fan of Eating oatmeal but I love the benefits of it and I can drink smoothies all day long. So it was perfect for me to have on the go and it filled me up with out making me feel bloated.
